I can't save timer error message

Hi
I'm trying to create a new tgimer but I keep getting an error message saying ' We could not save your timer. Please try again.' Any ideas why this is?

Hi there,

I am experiencing the same issue as Andrew (details above), despite me having sufficient credits remaining. Any idea when this issue will be fixed please? I urgently need to create some new timers!

Thank you for pointing out this issue. With your help we were able to quickly solve a technical issue that was preventing a small number of our users from creating new timers. Delivery of your existing timers was not affected. At this point, all should be good to go so please try again.
