How to change text color?

Chí Cường Lương 9 years ago updated by MotionMail Team 9 years ago 1
I try to change color of text (DAYS/ HOUR/ MINUTES/ SECONDS) other than the color number the same as your image slider on the website. I attached your image below.

But I can't see any option to design it.Please let me know why. Thank you

White background not consistent in emails.

Sunita Voleppe 9 years ago 0
When I create a timer and choose a white background (#FFFFFF), it comes across as off white in my emails, something that looks like #FCFEFC. Why would this happen, and is there a way to set a transparent background? Below is a screenshot of how it looks to me in my gmail. It appears the same in chrome and firefox browser.

My timer is calculating incorrectly

Nick Marvik 9 years ago updated by MotionMail Team 9 years ago 1
I have my timer set to expire on wednesday December 3rd at 12:00am.

Currently when I'm sending my test emails, the countdown timer is incorrect based on when the timer is set to expire - how do we fix?

Issues Saving Timers

Digital 8 years ago updated 8 years ago 3
Hello!
I'm receiving the following error and the only other subject I can find on the error is that it was internal. Is there a way we can remedy this shortly? We have a tight turn on an email.

"We could not save your timer. Please try again."

Thank you!

Counter with dynamic time

Pickup Change 8 years ago updated by gpconnect 8 years ago 2

Hello,

I need to add a timer in my emails, with a dynamic date. I don't have a fixed date, but the timer should count 7 days since the email is sent.

I read this article https://motionmail.userecho.com/topic/849648-api-information/ but actually I'm not so expert to understand it... :D

Is there an easy solution to this?

I would love to see "hourly" stats in addition to "daily" stats.

I love the idea to see daily stats, how many impressions my timer got that day, but I am looking for more detailed information. I am sure your logs (on back end) includes such data. Any plans make it available in near future?
