Hi there,

The image on the homepage is outdated. Previously the digits used the Background color, not the text color. We've adjusted that since and both the digits and the label text uses the Text color.

We might in the future break out the 2 as separate options, but it's not on the immediate feature road map.

The service will continue to send timers, and will bill you at the overage rate when we bill for the next month.

Thank you for pointing out this issue. With your help we were able to quickly solve a technical issue that was preventing a small number of our users from creating new timers. Delivery of your existing timers was not affected. At this point, all should be good to go so please try again.

Hi Rob,

If you have the option to programmatically add the timer end date to your embed code, you can use our API instead of doing this manually. To help you get started, check out "Can I use different Dates and Times with a single timer?" in our FAQ (https://motionmailapp.com/dashboard#/faq).
