Dynamic timers
I need to be able to count down to variable dates depending on when the email goes out - or based on a date something else happened within Infusionsoft. Can this be done?

Is there a way to get a simple 5 minute countdown clock?
Hi - would like to have just a simple 5 minute count down clock to show anytime the user opens the email. Regardless of when they open the email & not based on any specific date. Is there a way to do this?

MotionMail blocked by Trend Micro
s.mmgo.io is blocked by Trend Micro. Are other businesses blocking MotionMail img tags?
I don't want to buy this and use it on my list if it isn't going to work reliably!

Recurring...
Hey there...
Do you have a way to setup a count down clock to be recurring? I need a clock that counts down a daily contest through July. I REALLY don't want to have to recreate a new clock every day.
Thanks!
-Brian

It would be great, but...
It would be great if the app reset itself. As it is right now, I would have to make a timer for each email I sent out on a different day. I read you were considering adding the static feature 2 year ago. Any recent updates to do this?

Add milliseconds to a timer?
Is it possible to add milliseconds to a timer, for an even MORE sense of urgency?
We would like to see it countdown faster.
Just wondering if it might be possible.
Thank you.

Counter doesn't work in Exact Target
We use Exact Target for our email campaigns, and the timer doesn't render correctly on any platform. Please advise.

"Message":"Invalid parameter length.","Param":"DateTime"
Starting to get very frustrated with the api -
This is my payload:
{"DateTime":"2015-08-07T03:47:01"}
I have also tried using the key "datetime" and formatting the timestamp with the timezone.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to work.
The error message is consistently:
{"DateTimeCreated":"2015-07-31T03:47:04.1267176","Message":"Invalid parameter length.","Param":"DateTime","StatusCode":400,"Type":"Bad_Request"}

Clocks not loading in Dotmailer email sends or "view online" window
Hi there,
Is Motionmail aware of any rendering/loading issues with clocks at present?
Clocks embedded in Dotmailer emails are failing to load in test sends or in web browsers.
This isn't an issue we have seen before - it has occurred since the weekend. Trying to work out if it is a Dotmailer issue or Motionmail.
Many thanks,
Emma

Hi Leonard, Brian,
We were experiencing higher error rates in some regions for a period of time. We believe we have resolved the issue.
Please let me know if you are having any issues still.
Sincerely, Adam
