Countdown is not based on current date/time

Farid Mithani vor 11 Jahren 0
I created a countdown timer 3 days ago and sent thru email, following the copy/paste instructions. When I open that email today, though the second is ticking down, but the days/hours/minutes shown are based on the day it was created and not current. How do I make the counter dynamic so that it always shows the counter based on the date/time it is being viewed?

Bronto Compatibility

I've entered the embeded timer code into our e-mail template but am getting inconsistent results. On some test e-mails, the timer works fine, while on others, it shows as a broken image. Can you please provide some assistance? We're looking to add the timer to our Black Friday e-mails.

Hi Russ,

We were having errors in some regions for a period earlier today. I believe we have resolved the issue and apologize for the inconvenience.

Can you try again and confirm that you are seeing the timer consistently? If not, please forward a test email to team@motionmailapp.com so we can take a look.

Sincerely, Adam

I would like a timer that repeats counting down to midnight each day. Is this doable?

How often does the dashboard update our remaining credits?

TrueSenseMarketing vor 10 Jahren 0

I'm expecting a large number of email opens/coundown timer views this week, and want to watch closely to be sure we don't go over our number of credits. Can you tell me how frequently the dashboard will update with the remaining number of credits? Also, if we go over, will we just be charged for the overage and have our timers continue to display?

I need to be able to count down to variable dates depending on when the email goes out - or based on a date something else happened within Infusionsoft. Can this be done?

Is there a way to get a simple 5 minute countdown clock?

Rob vor 10 Jahren aktualisiert von MotionMail Team vor 10 Jahren 1
Hi - would like to have just a simple 5 minute count down clock to show anytime the user opens the email. Regardless of when they open the email & not based on any specific date. Is there a way to do this?
